Our Mission
Every tech company tells you they’re building software to change the world. At Chief AI, we’re building it for the people who actually do.
That’s our responsibility and our mission: to power the world’s leaders so they can serve more people, better.
We envision a future where leaders are more efficient, strategic, and responsive to the people they serve – ultimately rebuilding trust in our institutions and driving impact for millions of lives around the world.
This Moment
This moment is critical. Artificial intelligence is rapidly advancing. The geopolitical order is shifting. And trust in our institutions is at an all time low.
How leaders navigate this moment will have massive consequences for their constituents, customers, and communities. Yet we’ve failed to equip leaders and their teams with the tools to conduct the highest-stakes work in the world.
The Problem
No software currently exists to power leaders. Issue trackers and CRMs miss the mark. They are designed to manage a product or project, not a person. Executive offices have unique workflows, balancing a leader’s official, political, and personal life. Everything revolves around the schedule, because the schedule is a reflection of priorities. Tiered levels of access to sensitive information are needed among different staffers. A leader’s network is distinct from its organization’s relationship database, and it would cause complications for the two to be the same. Briefings are prepared manually, requiring institutional knowledge and context that is lost when staffers turn over.
Behind every great leader is a great team, but these teams are drowning in manual administrative tasks. Chiefs of staff, schedulers, and advisors navigate hundreds of requests, briefings, and decisions each week. They rely on cluttered inboxes, Word documents, and paper printed into binders — wasting countless hours on admin instead of focusing on strategic work. When one step in their process breaks, opportunities are missed, relationships burned, and wrong decisions made. For a Mayor, Senator, or CEO, this can have significant consequences, as their actions directly affect millions of lives. This problem compounds over time, because no institutional knowledge is stored and no data is readily available to drive strategic decisions.
Our most critical institutions are the most regulated, stifling access to innovation. This is especially true in government – where teams work in legacy software stuck in the 20th century. Clunky interfaces, outdated infrastructure, and drawn out compliance processes have reigned for too long. When the systems meant to serve people are slow and unresponsive, trust further erodes. With the rise of AI, our governments, banks, healthcare providers, and other systems risk falling even farther behind in this technological revolution. Yet technologists are still hesitant to create purpose-built, secure systems for these institutions because of the barriers to entry.
Our Team
We know all of this, because we’ve lived it.
Our team has worked in the halls of the White House, Congress, and C-suites. We’ve supported high-profile leaders at events, speeches, interviews, testimonies, and briefings. We understand the high-stakes, fast-paced nature of the work. And we’ve seen what happens when systems fail.
We believe leaders and the people powering them – the chiefs of staff, schedulers, and advisors – deserve a better way to work. That’s why we created Chief AI.
Our Solution
At Chief AI, we’re building a system of AI-native products to supercharge the world’s leaders.
We focus on modernizing operations – the daily tasks, work streams, and decisions that leaders and their teams make to run an office, execute on priorities, and drive impact. Our products are designed with security as a core feature, so they are compliant with strict government and enterprise standards.
Our first product is a command center purpose-built to manage a leader’s time, relationships, and priorities. We leverage agentic AI to streamline scheduling, briefing, relationship management, and priority tracking. By automating manual tasks, storing institutional knowledge, and providing AI-powered insights, teams are more efficient and strategic – focusing on the work that matters most.
We believe our most critical institutions should have access to the most innovative, secure technology – so they can serve more people, better. And we’re just getting started.
